  A 32 y/o Hispanic man with history of metastatic mediastinal germ cell tumor was admitted from the oncology clinic complaining of cough and shortness of breath. He had fevers for two days prior to admission. He denied chest pain and hemoptysis, although he did have significant sputum production, which was thick and yellow, "like pudding."
